export ...CERR_WITH_TIMESTAMP
It seems exporting COAST_LOGONCERR_WITH_TIMESTAMP was forgotten, so add it to the list of exports.
Additionally, it would be nice to be able to control this setting using a command line switch like -t. First analysis shows that this would not interfere with existing switches of startwda.sh, startwds.sh, startprf.sh or keepwds.sh
